Natural & Ethical Environmental Solutions, LLC       ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS     Along with assessing hazardous waste sites, our firm also provides assessments to industry in the form of ASTM Standard Phase I's and Phase II's.  Our experience in providing these assessments has helped many clients with property transfers and acquisitions.  Our ability to evaluate a site and provide an objective summary has proven to be a cost benefit in many instances.  While conducting these assessments we focus on providing our client with the necessary information in a timely fashion with the understanding that time is of the essence.     Our environmental assessments focus on the following:                                     Non-Intrusive Sample Collections         We use innovative tools to assist in the assessments such as the Geoprobe™ for the subsurface evaluation.  We also have the ability to access national data bases to locate RCRA and CERCLA sites, Leaking Underground Storage Tanks and other concerns that may be in the vicinity of a site in a matter of hours which allows us to expedite the environmental assessment process.
